Terry Terrance Newsome, Jr. was born on September 8, 1983 in Newark, New Jersey. He was the son of Terry Newsome Sr. and Lisa Gregory Newsome. He worked as a kitchen manager, and had dreams of owning his own restaurant one day. He passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2020.

He is predeceased by his grandparents Theodore and Diane Gregory and John Newsome. Terry is lovingly remembered by his wife, Monika Newsome; his children, Amyah and Adyah; parents, Terry Sr. (Diedre) and Lisa; mother-in-law, Minister Shirley Freeman; his grandmother, Elaine Baldwin; his brothers and sisters, Asmar, Tamara, Dara, David and Dale. He is also loved by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
