Alicia Jolly Obituary

Alicia Denise Jolly was born to Anthony and Mary Jolly on May 27, 1979.  She received Christ at an early age at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church and continued to serve faithfully until God called her home.

Alicia graduated from Ariton High School in 1997. She was a member of the Varsity Basketball team, Future Farmers of America, Future Homemakers of America, and the Student Government Association.  Upon graduation, she attended Wallace Community College, Dothan, AL, where she obtained an Associates of Science in Computer and Information Science. She continued her education and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Troy University and was employed at Wal-Mart at the time of her death. Alicia enjoyed taking care of her niece and nephews, The Bold & The Beautiful, going to eat seafood with her cousins, and Alabama Football. She was preceded in death by her brother, Quinton Keith Miller.

On February 16, 2023 in Ozark, Alabama, God dispatched an angel from Glory to transport his child from her earthly home to her Heavenly Reward.  She leaves to cherish her memories her loving parents: Anthony and Mary Jolly, Ariton, AL, grandparents: Grover and Sallie McIntyre, Jackson, GA., sisters: Kristy (Henry) Jolly Guice, Montgomery, AL, and Kashauna Miller, Ozark, AL, niece and best friend: Aysia Celeste Miller, Dothan, AL, nephews: Mason Roberts, Karter Carpenter, Adonis Miller, and Kam Miller, all of Ozark, AL, bonus daughter: Destiny Mills, Tampa, FL, and a goddaughter, Tamia Edwards, Ozark, AL. She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
